The team I work with, they are amazing. The excitement and unpredictability of each day at work. The bond I created with our residents, their families and friends. The trust I have received from my immediate supervisor. Her willingness to allow me to do the job I was hired to do and to implement new ideas and to be creative. The personal meaning I get from contributing to the missions of our organizations and the quality of my relationships with our teams and the people with whom I work and interact.

I love working with my Team. I enjoy our interactions. I am so happy about getting a nice cup of freshly made Coffee daily, definitely something to brag about and the snacks that will be implemented soon, looking forward to it. The social committee and their events is also great. So much new and exciting things happening at Faircape!

As one of the Healthcare Administrators in one of our 6 facilities, I can say with pride that Faircape does look after their staff. You are not just an employee number. Management (Head Office) takes time in getting to know each employee and to ensure their work place is a happy one. Any issues will be resolved in no time once known. Your efforts, hard work and loyalty and dedication to the company does not go noticed. I was promoted in my 3rd year of working for the company. We have amazing Managers, HR etc who looks out for each and every individual.
